Pyrexia's video, "UnHoly Requiem," has just been published on YouTube.

In March I went down to Long Island and acted in a music video directed by Lawton Meyer. The video is for the death metal band Pyrexia. They now have it on YouTube. I play a bereaved husband who tried to resurrect his wife using blood magic. If you know anything about horror movies you know things don't go as planned.

As always, it was a fun shoot. Lawton is always great to work with. My scene partner was Catherine Veytia, the same actress who played a woodland diety in the film project I did where I played a hunter chasing her. That was also directed by Lawton. Catherine is the best.

Pyrexia's own Bas Ile lent the use of his backyard for the shoot. He's an extremely cool guy and was another person it was great to work with.

The make up was done by Kelly Rose Smith. During my session the make up chair we got to talking about how people choose a major in college not because they are passionate about it but because they think that's an easy way to job after school. We agreed that it's always better to study what your passionate about and never mind trying to predict future job prospects, because studying what you're passionate about creates your future. You can't predict what will be marketable out there tomorrow. You can always make yourself as marketable as possible by doing what you love to do. That's the kind of conversation you have on a film set.
